FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

The key handover and return will be arranged in consultation with the landlord.
On the day of arrival, the vacation apartment will be available from 4:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 6:00 PM, please arrange this with the landlord in advance.
Departure must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you exceed the departure time by more than 60 minutes, an additional night's stay will be charged. Different check-in and check-out times can be arranged individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not arrive by 10:00 PM on the arrival day, the contract will be considered canceled after a 48-hour period without notification to the landlord. The landlord may then freely dispose of the property. No refund will be given for early departure.
The accommodation must be left broom-clean on the day of departure. Any waste, including deposit bottles and glass, must be disposed of by the guest.
- A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is due to be paid 30 days before arrival.
- The remaining payment is due no later than 14 days before arrival. No security deposit is required.
Children up to 18 years stay free of charge. A high chair and a crib are provided at no extra cost.
From the day the booking is confirmed by the landlord until 31 days before the rental start, no compensation will be charged
- From the 30th day to the 15th day before the rental start, 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.
- From the 14th day to the 11th day before the rental start, 90% of the total rental amount will be charged.
- On the day of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be charged.
Upon request, we will send the lost items to your home postage due.
Please leave the vacation apartment clean on the day of departure. Kindly put the dishes away.

- Parties are not allowed.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed.
Internet access in the vacation apartment is free of charge. The Wi-Fi network and password can be found in the house manual.
Prior to your arrival, the beds will be made, and hand and dish towels will be provided for you.
Available upon request for a fee. A dog bed and food bowl are provided free of charge.
